From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. My dental assistant was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful appointment a really positive experience. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. Diagnostic Transparency and Accuracy During my visit, Dr. Azar recommended a crown for a natural tooth based solely on a visual inspection, without the use of X-rays to confirm the necessity of the procedure. Seeking a second opinion, I visited another provider who confirmed that the tooth in question is healthy and requires no intervention. This discrepancy suggests a potential issue with over-diagnosis or a lack of thorough diagnostic protocol. 2. Inaccurate Insurance Information The administrative staff informed me that my Boeing insurance would not cover the majority of the costs for three required implants, providing an out-of-pocket estimate of $3,000 per implant.
